I hope this message finds you well. Following my recent update, I wanted to share something light and uplifting with you all. As I continue on my healing journey, I've found a couple of tapping videos from Gala Darling that have been incredibly helpful in recentering and bringing me back to myself. I thought you might find them useful too.
For those who might be unfamiliar, tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a powerful holistic healing method. It involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on negative emotions or physical sensations. This practice helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional blockages, promoting a sense of balance and well-being.
