From Vision to Launch in Under a Week

A to Z Facilitation

Veronica Montgomery is a San Diego-based independent facilitator, disability advocate, and founder of A to Z Facilitation. As a disabled person herself, Veronica brings lived experience to every family she supports through California's Self-Determination Program , which is a complex, life-changing process that helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities take control of their own services and care. Her work is deeply personal, fiercely compassionate, and bilingual. She just needed a digital home that reflected all of that

Digital Doorway

The Mission

Veronica came to us with a clear purpose and a full heart, but no website, no logo, and no roadmap for bringing her vision into the digital world. She knew what she wanted to communicate; she just didn't know how to build it. Our goal was to create a complete digital presence from scratch: a logo that felt warm and distinctive, and a one-page website that made a complex government program feel approachable, clear, and deeply human without losing any of the weight and importance of the work.

The Outcome

In under a week, we designed and launched a complete brand and web presence for A to Z Facilitation. The logo,- a hand-lettered, cloud-shaped mark in navy and olive, sets an immediate tone of warmth and trustworthiness. The one-page site guides visitors through exactly who Veronica is, what she offers, and why her lived experience makes her the right person to walk alongside families through one of the most important processes of their lives. It's clear, it's conversion-ready, and it's unmistakably her.

 The Impact

Veronica went from having no digital presence at all to a polished, professional site she feels proud to share. Families navigating the Self-Determination Program can now find her, understand her offerings instantly, and book a free consultation directly from the page, in English or Spanish. What once existed only in her vision now exists in the world.

A Referral Rooted in Trust

Veronica first found her way to Arcoíris through a previous client, a referral born from an existing relationship. We had already built a digital home together for another one of her organizations, so when it was time to launch A to Z Facilitation, she knew where to turn. That foundation of trust made the entire project flow. She came in open, clear about her mission, and ready to collaborate. That energy is exactly what made it possible to go from nothing to launched in under a week.

Logo Design

The logo came first and set everything in motion. The cloud-shaped badge, hand-lettered script, and earthy navy and olive palette signal something different from the typical nonprofit or government-adjacent brand. Overall, we wanted the brand to appear approachable, human, and a little joyful. It was designed to feel like Veronica herself: warm, trustworthy, and distinctly her own.

“I literally knew exactly what I wanted, I just couldn't bring my vision to life. Alex nailed it and knew exactly what I was talking about. It’s on point and so perfect for my brand!”

Web Design

With the logo as our north star, the site followed naturally. The biggest design challenge wasn't aesthetic, it was clarity. The Self-Determination Program is a nuanced, bureaucratic process that many families find overwhelming. Our job was to make Veronica's expertise feel accessible without dumbing it down, and to make the site warm enough that a worried parent or caregiver would exhale the moment they landed on it.

Veronica didn't need a sprawling five-page site, and building one would have actually worked against her. Her content was focused, her services clear, and her message singular. What she needed was a site that honored exactly what she had without making the simplicity obvious.

That's where the one-page structure really shines. By using anchor link navigation, the site moves and feels like a full multi-page experience. Visitors click through sections as if traveling between pages, never sensing that everything lives in one beautifully organized flow. The result is a site that feels complete, credible, and robust without a single word of filler content to get there.

Clean sections, clear service descriptions, and a tone that mirrors Veronica's approach: guiding, grounded, and completely in your corner.
